Man, where have we been on this one? We bought all them Zeppelin/Who/Hendrix/Strawberry Alarm Clock records ten years ago and somehow we whiffed on this one. Pops has been preachin' 'bout Jeff "Nigel Hair" Beck's bad-assery forever and for good reason. This shit is the Truth. Ha!
So with Jeff Beck Group, what do we get? Glad you asked. You get pre-lame Roddy Stewart beltin' the tunes like manimal, you get a pre-Stones Ronnie Wood slappin' the four string, some guy on drums, and Guitar Demi-God Beck makin' the guitar his bitch. Clapton and Page might be more famous to the regular folk, but anybody in the know knows that Beck is the master. He doesn't use a pick!
